Chris has successfully worked in the retail consumer products industry selling and marketing national, regional and store Brands for over 30 years.  He has held various sales & marketing leadership positions at Confab, Tyco Healthcare, Associated Hygienic Products, Domtar and Irving Personal Care primarily in the disposable, absorbent product lines. He has led the ground floor development, implementation and management of many sales and marketing strategic and tactical plans for new businesses.  His well-rounded sales & marketing background has provided Chris with a unique perspective to both develop go-to-market strategies and also become actively involved in the daily selling process to deliver results.

In marketing, Chris has extensive experience in the product design process, consumer research, identifying opportunities through analytics, pricing and promotional strategies development.  He has worked on many high profile Brands including Playtex, Fisher-Price, White Cloud, Honest and Seventh Generation.

In Sales, Chris has a long history of interacting with traditional US and Canadian retailers across all trade classes including ecommerce. His experience includes closing new distribution & negotiating supply agreements, identifying new product platforms, optimizing assortments and brainstorming business building trade programs.   His knowledge of the individual retailers has contributed to his success of selling new customers and growing Brands across the industry.
