Scott Lutz has been an innovative sales and marketing executive in the CPG Industry for more than 25 years. He has in-depth experience in category management, strategic planning, major brand launches, and new product and business development activities.
Scott began his career in the OTC and Personal Care products arena, including stints in account management at Playtex Family Products, DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Alberto Culver, Novartis, and Burt’s Bees. After the sale of Burt’s Bees in 2007 to Clorox, Scott tapped into his valuable “manufacturing-side” experience and knowledge to develop and manage Store Brand and National Brand programs for a Manufacturer’s Representative Agency.
In March of 2013, Scott joined The Swanson Group as Vice President Business Development, with a focus on developing “new value propositions” for clients and retailers alike. Today, Scott’s focus is on OTC, Personal Care, Diagnostics and Pet segments.
