He later accepted a management position with Confab Inc., a category-leading private-label supplier. During the next 18 years with Confab, Rich managed many strategic initiatives and with his team, built Confab (disposable absorbent products) to be one of the most successful private label companies in North America.
Brian Meyers has been a marketing manager and buyer in the retail drug industry for over 30 years. Brian began his career at Walgreens in 1973 in the physical distribution department and later moved to purchasing working on inventory systems.
Chris has successfully worked in the retail consumer products industry selling and marketing national, regional and store Brands for over 30 years. He has held various sales & marketing leadership positions at Confab, Tyco Healthcare, Associated Hygienic Products, Domtar and Irving Personal Care primarily in the disposable, absorbent product lines.
Tom Morrell has been a sales and marketing leader in the consumer-products goods industry for nearly 25 years. Tom began his career with the Personal Products Division of the Johnson and Johnson Family of Companies where he received extensive National brand sales experience.
Scott Lutz has been an innovative sales and marketing executive in the CPG Industry for more than 25 years. He has in-depth experience in category management, strategic planning, major brand launches, and new product and business development activities.
Montean LaPorte has more than 20 years of product development experience in the Beauty industry. Her resume of experiences includes product development, category management, and merchandising at specialty retailers (H20 Plus and ULTA Beauty) and private label development at Johnson Products and Topco & Associates.

Erik Swanson has worked as a Sales Manager within the Action Sports industry for the last ten years. His experience includes leading brands such as Nordica Skis and Boots, K2 Skis, Marker Bindings, Shred Helmets and Goggles, Slytech Protection, Level Gloves, and Kind Design Clothing. Prior to his career in actions sports he worked as a Sales Coordinator for the international industrial rental giant, United Rentals.
Following graduation from Texas Christian University, Judith began her career with Pier 1 Imports as a successful Store Manager in Fort Worth, Texas. She later accepted a Sales/Buyer position with Shinwa U.S.A., a Japanese company specializing in the distribution of metals and finished product to the automotive industry where she gained valuable experience in customer sales and negotiations, the commodities market, and international (U.S. – Japan) trade.
Dave Gibbons has a 30 year+ track record of driving significant top and bottom line growth, for several leading brands, across multiple consumer product channels worldwide. He has demonstrated the ability to develop and execute winning commercial strategies for products that compete in highly competitive health/wellness, fitness and sporting goods categories in complex local markets in the US, Canada, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Ric Durr has been a sales and marketing leader in the consumer-products goods industry for 35 years. Ric began his career with Johnson & Johnson – Health Care Division.
Over a 19 year period, he managed a number of initiatives with the last six years as National Accounts Manager, specializing in Strategic Customers in the Non-Food Channel. He later accepted a management position with Confab Inc., a category-leading store-brand manufacturer of disposable absorbent products. During the next 9 years with Confab, Ric led many initiatives, and with his team, supported the advancement of Confab into one of a “select group” of industry leaders in the “store brand” industry.
As Program Director / Client Services, Pat Randazzo brings to our TSG team 30+ years of retail management experience within the Chain Drug store industry. Pat worked 26 years for Walgreens in multiple positions, managing cross-functional corporate teams in a variety of initiatives. Following Walgreens, Pat spent six years working with a sales agency focused on Walgreens and supported their clients many initiatives. Prior to TSG, Pat worked for a beauty manufacturer overseeing their retailer support team and managing their Supply chain.
