As Manager, Customer service, Greg joins TSG with 30 years of business operations management experience in the food service industry.  Most recently, Greg worked for 5 years as the master data manager for a healthcare and wellness company, where he supported the sales and marketing teams.  He is passionate about customer service excellence and has been successful in leading large teams to achieve outstanding business results.  His experience includes an extensive knowledge of data systems like 1 World Sync, GS1, and a variety of vendor portals from mass chains to national pharmacy chains.  This experience enables Greg to support TSG clients, retailers, and team members.  Greg lives in Asheville, NC.  In his free time, he enjoys cooking and exploring the mountains of western North Carolina with his wife.
