Justin N. Kalber has worked in the retail industry for over 10+ years. The majority of Justin’s career was spent at Walgreens Boots Alliance. He held Category Management positions in Diabetes & Diagnostics, Feminine Hygiene, Family Planning and Smoking Cessation. He was responsible for all merchandising initiatives and creating new product launch plans for national and private brands which integrated digital strategy, customer targeting and inventory optimization in order to deliver Walgreens’ fair-share of market penetration. Justin also spent four years in Walgreens’ Global Insights and Analytics division where he was responsible for Pricing and Promotional analytics and strategy development to drive top-line sales and profit for managed categories.
Most recently Justin was Senior Category Manager/GM Lead with Topco Associates LLC. Justin was directly responsible for leading Topco’s General Merchandise division in Category Management, Sourcing and Product Development responsibilities. His well-rounded category management and analytics background has provided Justin a unique perspective to both the purchasing and analytic side of retail.
