With over 25 years of experience, Lynn’s proven record of sales and marketing leadership, and unique skill set for growing start-up companies, is the foundation of her success. During her tenure with Minnesota based Winmark Corporation, Lynn developed Play It Again Sports®, Plato’s Closet®, Once Upon a Child® and Music Go Round® Retail franchises across the USA. From there, Lynn went on to MedSpeed, a Chicago-based logistics services start-up company dedicated to Healthcare, to design and execute the company’s go-to-market sales strategies and open up new markets.
Lynn joinedThe Swanson Group in 2015 to help expand TSG’s growth within FDM’s “Must Win” Retailers. Shortly after joining, Lynn was instrumental in developing strategic relationships between TSG and key retailers: Target and Meijer. Today, she is responsible for managing the business and growing sales for multiple clients in the OTC, Personal Care and Pet Categoriesat Target, Meijer and Walgreens.
From competitive analysis to retail analytics, presentation development and promotional planning Lynn manages her businesses with an eye on results. Lynn’s passion is helping her clients understand the Retailers needs and white spaces to drive a mutually valuable relationship for both parties.
