In 1998, Rich Swanson and Ric Durr, co-founded TSG, a company dedicated to driving sales and profitable growth for manufacturers and retailers by discovering critical insights and developing strategies/solutions to drive success. After 17 years helping lead TSG to significant growth, Ric retired in 2015, but continues contributing on the TSG team as Strategic Consultant.
