Barb joined TSG in 2019 with 15 years of previous retail store and system support experience within the Chain Drug store industry. Barb is passionate about providing the highest quality of support. Her understanding of retailer system functionality gives our clients the benefit of knowing that the system requirements of our retailers are taken care of. Barb is proficient in various retailer systems while specializing in the item set-up and maintenance systems/process at Walgreens (Stibo and CEP).
Prior to her time with TSG, Barb worked for 15 years at Walgreens in multiple positions, managing cross-functional support teams across a variety of initiatives. From overseeing the overall functionality of a Support Center that provided World Class service to the management of various system support projects, Barb’s experience enables her to provide top notch support to clients and fellow TSG team members.
