Erik Swanson has held sales/management roles within various industries; Construction Rental Equipment, Hard Goods/Action Sports, Active Wear/Protection, and Managed several Sales Teams, both large and small.
Focusing heavily on Strategic Retail Account Management throughout his career, Erik has a strong knowledge of retailer and client needs and an experienced eye for what makes products successful.
He created and advised on integral brand and product development projects and several “coming to market” product events, that have significantly grown sales and accelerated brands to the next level.
Erik’s diverse channel experience gives TSG an advantage when working closely with owners/buyers on program details, while visualizing, developing and supporting big picture ideas that satisfy a successful business.
Erik joined The Swanson Group in 2016 and is responsible for managing our business throughout the Western United States and key retailer categories.
