Barb joined TSG with 15 years of retail store and system support experience within the Chain Drug store industry. She worked for 15 years at Walgreens in multiple positions, managing cross-functional support teams across a variety of initiatives. From overseeing the overall functionality of a Support Center that provided World Class service to the management of various system support projects, Barb’s experience enables her to provide top notch support to clients and fellow TSG team members.

Barb is passionate about providing the highest quality of support. Her understanding of retailer system functionality gives our clients the benefit of knowing that the system requirements of our retailers are taken care of.
