Virginia’s experience with consumer products has spanned more than 30 years of retailing in customer service, data analytics, defining opportunity gaps, and developing strategies/action steps. This experience stems from working as a store clerk, a merchant, and developing distribution processes and procedures for supply chain efficiencies. She is very goal oriented in providing analytics and support to TSG and Client/Retailers to help advance brands and business toward future growth.

Virginia started her career in retail with Woolco, a F. W. Woolworth Company as a store clerk and department manager. The majority of her experience was with Walmart working with and in store operations, replenishment and merchandising, and supply chain operations. Virgina saw a lot of growth, both personally and professionally during her tenure with Walmart. She has numerous certificates recognizing her leadership skills, advanced training courses, and ability to work with others to get the job done. Virginia continues to enhance her knowledge of new and improved ways of analyzing data, learning updated processes and procedures, and systems to provide first class service to our Walmart and Sam’s clients.
